FirsTrust Mortgage, a Kansas City-based mortgage planning firm, has hired reverse mortgage specialist Doug Heyen to support the addition of reverse mortgages to FirsTrust’s product offerings.

Heyen has more than 30 years of experience in consumer and mortgage lending, is a licensed originator in Kansas and Missouri, and is also licensed for life insurance and accident and health insurance in those states. “This depth of knowledge and experience enhances Doug’s ability to help his clients choose the prefect mortgage product for whatever stage of life they find themselves in,” the company said.
