Field Asset Services, which provides fieldwork to the REO industry, made three new appointments to its executive team after a year of “powerful” growth. FAS hired Karen Glasgow, a 30-year mortgage banking veteran, as senior vice president of client operations. Loetta Arrington was promoted to senior vice president of business development, and Terry Sadowski was appointed chief marketing officer. With the entire mortgage industry trying to unload record levels of REO, companies between the servicer and the real estate agents, whose income depends on reselling those properties, have seen business and profits grow while shielded from the market’s lack of homebuyer demand. “The FAS business has flourished over the past few years enabling the company to expand the management team and bring our customers new product and service offerings,” FAS chief executive Dale McPherson said.
