Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. (FICS), a mortgage technology specialist that provides in-house residential origination and servicing technology and commercial servicing technology to the mortgage industry, said earlier this week that it has promoted vice president of operations, Susan Graham, to president. Graham will now be responsible for the overall management of the company’s day-to-day operations, customer relations and product timelines and deployment. “The leadership of the company has been a shared responsibility among the executive team, who, along with me cumulatively represent more than 105 years of experience with FICS,” said Dawn Gibbs, CEO at FICS. “Susan is a highly qualified person and I am excited about the level of leadership that she will bring to her new role.” Graham joined FICS in 1999, and was responsible for the management of the call center, customer training, consulting, and quality control for FICS’ origination and servicing solutions. Prior to joining FICS, Graham served as vice president of residential and commercial loan servicing and origination at ther San Antonio Federal Credit Union. “The past nine years have given me the opportunity to work closely with many customers and colleagues at FICS,” said Graham. “It is with great pride that I accept the opportunity to continue to build on these strong relationships and solid foundation as FICS’ new president.” For more information, visit http://www.loanware.com.
