Semper Home Loans is expanding its branch operations throughout the East Coast in an effort to capitalize on market conditions, the firm said Friday. The Rhode Island-based lender is in the process of opening new offices in Monmouth County, N.J., White Plains, N.Y., Mahopac, N.Y., Charlotte, N.C., and Atlanta, Ga. President and CEO Matthew Sullivan said the time is right. “While other lenders are disappearing, we’re being approached by independent branches interested in joining us,” said Sullivan. Semper said prospective locations for other new office include Irvine, Calif., Northern New Jersey and Texas. Semper Home Loans was founded in 2005. The firm is currently seeking other locations to expand to. Write to Christine Ricciardi.
