Property data provider MDA DataQuick updated its PropertyFinder property and ownership research software. New features in the nationwide database include detailed property and ownership information, including property profiles, property history, demographic information and nearby schools and businesses. The company said the software now allows users to search single or multiple properties with a range of functions, such as text, document or Google map search. The software can also create reports based on search results. Integrity Land Title Company, a commercial title firm with offices in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas recently implemented the new version, called PropertyFinder 2G. “My team is most impressed with the report customization available through PropertyFinder 2G,” said Integrity Land Title Company vice president Knox Mailhes. “We can rely on the accuracy of property and ownership data and save a great deal of time and energy turning search results into Integrity-branded and easy-to-read reports we are proud to show clients.” Additional new features of the software include distressed property searches, and comparable sales data. The software has new report editing features, including “typeahead” technology that makes entering search queries faster, the company said. Write to Austin Kilgore.
