With Dallas-Fort Worth housing starts rebounding, developers are rushing to get projects off the ground, writes the Dallas Morning News.

Almost a dozen large residential developments are underway in area suburbs. And home lots have grown to the highest volume since 2008. Developers have started work on almost 20,000 home sites in the last year, according to estimates from Residential Strategies Inc.
