CoreLogic Expands Mobile App with New Home Search Tool

CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX) today announced the launch of GoMLS 2.0, a mobile productivity application for multiple listing service (MLS) providers, meant to foster collaboration between real estate agents and clients.

GoMLS gives real estate professionals access to in-depth listing and property data from their Apple®, iPhone®, iPad® and Google® Android™ devices, plus the ability to extend mobile search to their home buying and selling clients.

The app also introduces a new feature called Home Assist that allows real estate agents and consumers to collaborate remotely on the home search process using their mobile devices.

Using the Home Assist feature, real estate agents can chat and share listings with clients in a running thread, allowing them to see their favorite homes, notes and new search activity.

Agents can use email, text messaging, Facebook® or Twitter® to invite their clients to download an agent-branded consumer version of the app that lets them stay in touch while searching for properties.

GoMLS provides agents with real-time MLS data, agent-only listing information, MLS saved searches and contacts, listing edit capabilities and option Realist® property information.

GoMLS succeeds because it marries the deep MLS integration that real estate professionals require with the power of on-device features like GPS and map shape searching,” said Ben Graboske, senior vice president of Real Estate and Financial Services for CoreLogic. “Now, with Home Assist, GoMLS makes it possible for agents and clients to share listings, compare notes, and collaborate on their property search—any time, from any location.”

So far, the reviews for GoMLS have been glowing, with already more than 28,000 downloads of the app in the first four months, according to Merri Jo Cowen, CEO of My Florida Regional MLS.

“The launch of GoMLS has been a tremendous success, and working with CoreLogic has been a great experience,” Cowen said. “GoMLS gives our members the mobile solution they need with quick, comprehensive location-based searches, as well as the ability to market themselves to prospective clients.”
