A Wilton lawyer has been sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison for his role in a Fairfield County mortgage fraud scheme.
Judge Janet C. Hall sentenced Joseph Kriz, 50, to 30 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release in U.S. District Court Friday, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s office.
