Pembrook Capital Realty, a commercial real estate investment trust, hopes to raise $100 million through an initial public offering, according to filings the company made Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Deutsche Bank (DB) is lead underwriter on the transaction, timing of which has yet to be finalized. Pembrook Capital Realty expects to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol PRC. The five-year old company recorded $13 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31.
