Avision Reverse Solutions is rolling out full-service reverse mortgage training and processing for small-to-mid-sized financial organizations across the United States said the company.
Based in Hartford, CT, Avision aims to provide quality reverse mortgage education and training to assist lenders that don’t have the experience needed to offer reverse mortgages. Led by Todd Walters and Dennis Chanski, who were previously with Generation Mortgage Company and Amston Mortgage, the team brings over 30 years of reverse mortgage experience to its customers.
“Reverse Mortgages are our only business and we pride ourselves in providing the support and resources necessary to satisfy the needs of the consumer, lending institutions and the FHA,” said Todd Walters. “We view ourselves as the premier resource for reverse mortgage education, training and support.”
According to Avision, the company feels there is a market for its services as people have entered the industry with limited reverse mortgage experience.
“Most reverse mortgage companies’ work with larger banks and financial institutions. We help the smaller companies add or increase the reverse mortgage product to their portfolio of offerings, allowing them to provide a more holistic approach in tailoring financial services suited to customers’ individual financial objectives.”
They plan to work with lenders and small businesses and walk the rep through the loan app and prepare it fully for submission to the lender for underwriting.
