Attorney Paymon Khatibi named a ‘Future Leader’

Attorney Paymon Khatibi, an associate with Robert J. Jackson Associates, received the distinction of being named to the California Mortgage Bankers Association’s Future Leaders Program.

Khatibi joined the Irvine-Calif.-based real estate law firm after earning his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, where he founded the school’s digital law publication, serving as vice-chair of the law school’s ACLU group.

The Future Leaders Program offers named recipients a chance to partake in a year-long professional development program, where participants receive training and leadership guidance geared towards the mortgage industry.

“We are very proud to have Mr. Khatibi on the CMBA’s short list of future leaders for 2013,” said Scott J. Jackson, executive vice president of the firm. “The honor reflects our firm’s commitment to California’s mortgage servicing industry, and reflects on the abilities and talents of Mr. Khatibi as an associate at the firm.”

The Robert J. Jackson and Associates law firm represents lenders, servicers and financial institutions in mortgage default, foreclosure and other post-foreclosure legal matters.
