Atlantic Bay Goes Digital to Train Loan Originators

Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group announced a partnership with XINNIX to provide interactive online training and leadership development programs to its loan officers and branch managers with a comprehensive suite of sales and leadership training programs.

“We are continually seeking ways to remain an innovative leader in our market,” said Brian Holland, president and co-founder of Atlantic Bay. “We were impressed by XINNIX’ training content and focus on accountability. As we head into 2011, we will lean on XINNIX’ training to reinforce our existing in-house talent and to help us grow and remain successful.”

The company said it anticipates the training will deliver a substantial competitive advantage in the market, enabling the company to continue recruiting top loan officers.

The corporate partnership includes XINNIX EDGE Online, the mortgage sales workshop that empowers loan officers to grow their production; and XINNIX LEADERSHIP Online, which provides sales managers strategies in business planning, recruiting and retention of loan officers, coaching skills and sales force management tactics. In addition to these programs, Atlantic Bay will also utilize Rapid Coaching, Performance Boosters and POWER Online.

“As mortgage lenders look to take their business to the next level, training and coaching become crucial components,” said Casey Cunningham, president and co-founder of XINNIX. “Our sales and leadership training courses position Atlantic Bay for continued growth and success. By investing in their business, Atlantic Bay will emerge as a dominant force in the mortgage market.”

Atlantic Bay also has a small reverse mortgage operation.  According to data from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the company has endorsed 52 reverse mortgages in 2010. For more information, check out their listing on ReverseBase.
