Just a few days after All Reverse Transactions announced that they were closing due to their parent company’s financial problems, the ART team has a new home. Over the weekend All Reverse Transactions management announced that they would be joining Roseville, California based National Closing Solutions(NCS). NCS is the national centralized lender division of Mother Lode Holding Company, the parent company of Placer Title Company, one of the largest independent agents in the country.
According to the announcement from Rob Awalt, ART Division President, they felt that joining NCS was the best fit for senior borrowers, lender clients, and their employees. The majority of former ART employees worked over the weekend training on NCS systems in order to be open for business tomorrow, August 4th.
