Black Knight announced Wednesday its new LoanSphere Actionable Intelligence Platform, which will utilize the company’s data and technology solutions to provide lenders with actionable intelligence.
The new solution is intended to help mortgage lenders and servicers grow their business while reducing processing time, costs and risk.

The new platform helps lenders and servicers generate more leads, increase customer retention, operate more efficiently and reduce risk, according to Black Knight. The solution can also integrate with client and third-party proprietary data in order to deliver insights into the user’s organization.
Some of the levels of insights the platform provides includes Strategic Analysis, which gives executives a view of the company’s performance; Proactive Analytics, which makes managers become more aware of exceptions, events and activities that require attention, enabling them to adopt a more proactive approach and recommend appropriate actions; Actionable Analytics, which communicates specific actions to employees at the right time; and Innovative Analytics, which allows market analysts to develop analytics based on an organization’s portfolio or strategy.
