The owner, Tom Gammon, 53, purchased this 3.4-acre property for $1.75 million in Roswell, Ga., a roughly 30-mile drive from downtown Atlanta, in 2002 with his wife, Sibley Inman, according to public records. In pursuit of a home that reflected their love of Florida’s South Beach area, where the couple had lived for several years, Mr. Gammon said they added about 20,000 square feet to the existing home, for a total of roughly 26,000 square feet, The Wall Street Journal reported.
