Todd Mobraten announces resignation from USRES, RES.NET

Departure leaves president, COO role vacant

A major executive change is occurring at USRES Inc., and its subsidiary, RES.NET, with President and Chief Operational Officer Todd Mobraten announcing his official resignation.

In a letter to colleagues, the executive said he enjoyed his 15 years with the company and plans to work within the industry in another capacity.

Mobraten said this is not goodbye, but stopped short in releasing his future plans.

The firm’s website notes that Mobraten joined the company in 1999 and has extensive experience in distressed sales and real estate along with a background as a business operator.

Mobraten is credited by the firm for bringing key software applications to market and pushing diverse USRES product offerings into the market.
