Two Harbors 'buy rating' fails to boost stock

Real estate investment trust Two Harbors (TWO) just released its private market residential mortgage-backed securitization, Agate Bay Mortgage Trust. But when studying the REIT's performance on Wall Street today, the buy-rating linked to Two Harbors failed to lift the REIT's stock.

Seeking Alpha first noted the trend Wednesday:

Two Harbors blows right through an upgrade to Buy at Ladenburg Thalman, which also ups its price target to $11.25.

The stock's off about 25% since April, roughly inline with the rest of the merit sector.
