Tomer Dorfan brings a unique background that has set the stage for his success in a world that increasingly is infusing technology into the real estate transaction to simplify the process of buying and selling homes. By merging a career that includes working for two large New York law firms, serving as general counsel and head of business development at a medical device startup and founding a venture capital-backed legal technology company with a desire to help proptech and SFR investors streamline their settlement processes, Dorfan has become a valuable resource to Endpoint.

In addition to an entrepreneurial mindset and business development background in the startup world, Dorfan brings direct experience aimed at helping proptech and SFR investors streamline their settlement processes. Prior to joining Endpoint in October 2023, Dorfan spent nearly two years at Spruce. He joined Spruce as general manager of SprucePowered, the digital title and escrow company’s early stage offering for SFR investors looking to monetize their closing platforms in 2021. His success at SprucePowered led to Dorfan’s promotion to vice president of revenue eight months later, a position he held until Zillow acquired the company last fall. 

Since joining Endpoint in October 2023 as vice president of revenue, a newly created role, Dorfan has focused on ensuring that the company is positioned to deliver the best experience to its growing proptech and SFR customer base. This includes working with the executive team to bring the business functions closer together as well as supporting the needs of the sales and marketing to ensure these teams have the resources they need to achieve Endpoint’s goal of becoming the number one provider of title and escrow services to proptech and SFR investors.

Don’t miss an opportunity to leverage your unique skills to help somebody out while asking nothing in return. The best opportunities I’ve been given have come from people who I helped in entirely different contexts, sometimes many years in the past.
