Taylor joined Realty ONE Group with a wealth of experience building partnerships and used that experience to triple the number of partners at the global franchisor, creating platforms and programs to help market them to the extensive network of Realtors and generate additional opportunities for revenue. Because of her success, the organization gave her the responsibility of the brand’s customer care and experience group and she has confidently accepted the charge of ensuring Realty ONE Group can attract and retain exceptional talent around the world.

Taylor is incredibly serious about her role in the organization to help grow the partnership program to the benefit of all, coach and educate the network’s entrepreneurs, manage the customer experience from end to end and innovate ways to grow her teams and the organization overall. What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

Raise your hand. Speak up, ask questions and volunteer yourself. Raising your hand keeps you engaged and inquisitive. It encourages continuous learning and the second best piece of advice is to always have a learning mindset. Continue to challenge yourself and learn new things daily.
