She is passionate about setting an analytics vision and strategy, working with stakeholders to identify problems and leading teams to execute on solutions to complex problems that support the achievement of strategic and financial goals. Krol is an engaging leader, who builds loyal, high-performing, agile teams that deliver results wherever she goes. Leading by example and empowering those around her, Tatyana believes that all members of a team are decision-makers, whether they are micro or macro decisions. She sees innovation as something that can be done at any level, having an impact on not just the product or project, but the team, division and ultimately, the customers.

What is one thing you would tell a younger version of yourself?

There’s not a single right path to any one destination. When you are young and graduating college or starting your career, you often are told that there’s a right way and wrong way to approach your future. I wish I could go back and tell myself that there isn’t one perfect path, even if you have mapped out your ideal destination. The journey itself is the perfect destination.
