Melissa Wooldridge is a young executive who, in the early stages of her career, has set the standard for the institutionalization of private lending. With over a decade of experience in processing operations, Wooldridge has led her team in the development of lending processes, procedures, and protocols that have helped to set the standard many lenders in this industry follow.
