Always keeping people at the heart of her mission, Ardoyno has helped create and host ongoing educational events for mortgage and real estate professionals to champion the buying power VA borrowers truly have. The series is part of Ardoyno’s efforts to empower and advocate for VA borrowers, who often are overlooked because VA loans have a reputation for being more complicated. She has also played an integral role as a VA loan subject matter expert to define opportunities and recommend improvements that ultimately make the company’s BlueSage loan origination system (LOS) platform work better with VA loans. 

For her community, the Veterans Give Back event hosted by Ardoyno and her team for the past four years has been a way for them to give back to the Veterans of Abilene, Texas. At Veterans Give Back, they give $5,000 worth of gift cards, share letters with Veterans from local schools, and shower the Veterans with admiration; it has become a can’t-miss event with attendees lining up an hour or more ahead of time. 

In addition to managing a branch, originating loans, recruiting and helping other branches thrive, Ardoyno is a dedicated mother of four. When she transitioned from her marketing career and into the mortgage industry, she and her husband were in the process of adopting three children. While growing her family and career, Ardoyno never missed a beat and showed that her capacity for agility and understanding knows no bounds.
