She can design high-level operating models and org charts, but also find the missing step when debugging a process automation or spot the typo at the end of a customer-facing email. What is one habit that has helped you succeed?

Staying close to my team and our agents. Knowing what they need and what they experience on a daily basis is the best way to continuously improve the business and ensure we are moving the needle in a positive way. Your people are your best asset. Finding ways to keep them engaged, empowered and enabled to support our agents has a direct impact on the agents’ overall experience and success.
