Technology has become one of the pillars of a real estate agent’s success and as Realty ONE Group’s Director of IT and Emerging Technology, Halaj is one of the most critical, forward-thinking members of the organization.

Halaj and the team he has built to define the growing globally franchisor’s technology offering, have been integral in helping Realty ONE Group sell more franchises and recruit leagues of real estate agents who want a comprehensive but simple technology platform. Led by Halaj, the team has created online assets, streamlined programs and a proprietary platform called zONE that helps both the franchise owners and agents achieve greater success faster.

Halaj is another young, confident professional in the organization who continues to positively influence his peers, team members, and executives, leading by example. He passionately innovates at his job and encourages the same from others. He builds relationships with agents and owners around the world and other real estate influencers outside of Realty ONE Group. 

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

Best advice I received was from my late father — a husband of 30 years — on my wedding day, “Two things that always kept us together; eating dinner as a family and never going to bed upset with each other.”
