Her ability to manage and maintain banking and financing relationships has allowed Pennymac to optimize financing terms and raise billions of dollars of capital on both a secured and unsecured basis. Her knowledge, mentorship, business acumen and admirable work ethic have significantly contributed to Pennymac’s growth over the past decade to become one of the top national lenders and servicers in the country.

Marsh’s industry experience has been instrumental in obtaining the financing and investor support that Pennymac has needed to grow from under $30B of servicing in 2012 to over $600B of servicing today, and from $5B per quarter of production in 2012 to nearly $70B of production at the height of the refinance market in 2020. 

Marsh’s ability to develop and maintain relationships with banking partners enabled Pennymac to expand its financing resources significantly during her tenure, and today she manages nearly $20 billion of revolving financing capacity provided by a dozen global financial institutions and secured by Pennymac’s inventory of mortgage loans, mortgage servicing rights (MSRs), and servicing advances. Marsh has also been instrumental in the negotiation, implementation, and operation of many novel and advantageous financing arrangements, several of which were later replicated by other market participants.
