Devang Doshi is the senior vice president of single-family capital markets at Fannie Mae. He is an influential leader in U.S. housing, responsible for several key functions at Fannie Mae that provide a stable source of liquidity to the single-family U.S. mortgage market. Doshi leads over nine teams who work diligently to balance the needs of various stakeholders — homeowners, lenders and investors — to strengthen the housing finance industry. Within Fannie Mae, Doshi leads his teams to partner with various divisions across the organization to deliver thoughtful research and insights to Fannie Mae’s investor community.

Seek out and be open to honest and constructive feedback, especially early on in your career as you are working to establish your brand and build your reputation. This will challenge you to push yourself and grow, even if it is a bit uncomfortable.
