His technological innovations empower lenders to combat the current market, helping lending teams close 15% more loans per month 13 days faster, with a 10% reduction in loan resubmissions. Davé spearheads the development of solutions that to date have facilitated over $230 billion in loan volume for over 400 lenders serving more than 720,000 borrowers. The technology created under Davé’s leadership has helped lenders to drive meaningful efficiency and reach untapped markets, creating new opportunities for profitability. What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Be consistent in action. The consistency of your endeavors, in exercise, companionship and work, is more important than the quantity. Nothing beats small things done every day. Those small actions are far more impactful than what you do occasionally. Consistently making progress, moving forward, even if it’s a small step every day, leads to big outcomes due to the power of compounding. Consistency and discipline is how I do everything—whether that’s building technology, financial investing or working on my fitness.
