What’s the secret to your success?

Humility. I know that while I may have one of the most diverse and comprehensive resumes related to residential real estate, there is always someone with more experience in any specific area. I lead by asking questions and, because of that, I’ve not only built an incredible network of leaders in the industry but I’ve also been able to make better decisions that are informed by a much wider and less biased view.
