His deep expertise in digital and product strategy, data modernization and customer and employee experience have guided Mr. Cooper through the execution and implementation of its groundbreaking and award-winning mortgage fulfillment model, FLASH. Under his steady leadership, the company’s multi-year and multi-million-dollar program is successfully underway modernizing the entire mortgage fulfillment process.

Over the last year, Chakrapani has been responsible for executing the FLASH strategic program to modernize the entire mortgage fulfillment process. FLASH provides a reimagined home-grown fulfillment platform enabling a parallel, prioritized workflow with data integration, automation, task specialization and workforce efficiency in service of reducing costs and turn times while delighting the customer. A pioneer in the mortgage industry, Mr. Cooper’s FLASH model delivers an optimized cost per loan and reduced loan cycle time to offer a holistic solution and end-to-end platform.
