Susan Sullivan, chief human resources officer,  is a people-centric leader focused on ensuring Enact is a positive and inclusive workplace. Sullivan has led her company through an IPO and a return to office following the COVID-19 pandemic, all while managing her day-to-day responsibilities as chief human resources officer. During the IPO, Sullivan led all the HR changes that come with being a publicly traded company, such as determining executive compensation and organizing the senior leadership structure.
