Case-Shiller: Despite economic growth, home price gains continue to lag

In March, annual home-price gains increased 3.7%, according to the latest Case-Shiller Home Price Index. Before seasonal adjustment, the National Index decreased 0.6% month over month in March. The 10-City Composite and the 20-City Composite both posted 0.7% month-over-month increases.
