@properties recently unveiled an AI-powered propensity-scoring model called MoveLogic. It integrates with agents’ CRMs and determines their contacts’ likelihood of moving. MoveLogic is unique because it uses dynamic variables, such as consumer spending activity, in its modeling rather than only using static factors like length of time in the home. MoveLogic is showing a high success rate and has already created listing and selling opportunities for agents.
