Newzip’s Dash platform allows lenders to plug Newzip into their lead funnel via API to offer their customers an elevated experience that keeps them in the ecosystem and converts higher while enabling their loan officers to have full visibility into the customer’s real estate activity. The company uses predictive analytics and AI to enhance and scrape this data to empower loan officers to be proactive rather than reactive when deals become at-risk.

Newzip published a white paper helping a top 50 mortgage lender increase its purchase conversion rate from 0.6% to 15% with a 91 customer NPS score and average customer savings of $1,300. Despite market headwinds in 2023, Newzip grew 450% and was recently selected as the winner of the 2023 LendingTree Innovation Challenge.
