Rexford Industrial Realty filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $300 million in an initial public offering.
The real estate investment trust, which is focused on owning and operating industrial properties in Southern California, plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange.

The joint bookrunners on the deal include Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAC), Wells Fargo Securities (WFC) and FBR Capital Markets.
