Lennar Corp.’s (LEN) fiscal fourth-quarter earnings surged as the homebuilder continued to record double-digit revenue growth amid a broad housing market recovery.
Fourth quarter net earnings attributable to Lennar in 2012 were $124.3 million, or $0.56 per diluted share, compared to $30.3 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2011. Net earnings attributable to Lennar for the year ended November 30, 2012 were $679.1 million, or $3.11 per diluted share, compared to $92.2 million, or $0.48 per diluted share, in 2011.
