Empire State Building Realty Trust Inc. has received more than the votes needed from investors in the Manhattan tower to proceed with an initial public offering, according to a regulatory filing, Bloomberg reports.
More than the required 80% supermajority of Empire State Building Associates LLC holders have approved the consolidation of the building and other properties into a real estate investment trust.
