Commercial real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle has acquired Quadrant Realty Finance, a debt and equity origination platform based in Dallas.

QRF's team will end up under the umbrella of Jones Lang LaSalle, with the companies staff members merging into the firm.

Quandrant's Randy Fleisher joins JLL as a managing director, leading the new finance team and bringing over two decades of commercial real estate experience.

"This is the ideal climate to respond to increasing client demand in the financing arena, and the ideal time for us to acquire significant new talent," said Jay Koster, president of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets.

He added, "Interest rates remain at near-historic lows and the wider net currently being cast by lenders is contributing to one of the most favorable financing environments commercial real estate has seen since the Great Recession."
