HomeZada launches online profile for homebuyers

HomeZada launched a new release of HomeZada Professional that will allow real estate agents to create an online home profile for their buyers. This profile will house documents, photos, videos and any other information about the property.

The buyer can manage their home inventory, home maintenance and home improvement projects after the sale is finalized.

For real estate agents, HomeZada Professional creates the ability to service all of their clients in a single solution by providing a digital home profile to each buyer in order to organize, manage and maintain the home in the future.

“Many analysts have stated that the real estate industry must transform into a more consultative selling approach,” said Elizabeth Dodson, co-founder of HomeZada.

“HomeZada Professional provides a valuable solution to bridge the gap between the end of the real estate buying process and the start of the homeowner management process,” she added.
