HouseCanary, a provider of data and analytics, announced the addition of Tom Ciulla as president of enterprise sales.

In this role, Ciulla will be responsible for developing strategic client relationships, alliances and partnerships across a wide array of industries including mortgage, appraisal, financial services and real estate brokerages.

Ciulla brings more than 20 years of experience to his position at HouseCanary, which builds technology products that combine proprietary data and leading-edge predictive analytics to help people make better real estate decisions, the company said in a release.

According to HouseCanary, Ciulla will lead his team in delivering technology and analytic solutions encompassing property level valuation, portfolio and market-based valuation and predictive market analytics, including the company’s mobile and web-based technologies that provide data-driven, reliable insights needed to value real estate, RMBS investments and mortgage lending.

Prior to joining HouseCanary, Ciulla was managing director in charge of strategic licensing and business development with Black Knight Financial Services Data & Analytics, where where he was responsible for the development of BKFS data & analytics top tier client and partnership opportunities. 

Earlier in his career, Ciulla was vice president of business development and strategic relationships at CoreLogic

While at CoreLogic, he lead a team responsible for identifying and securing data licensing agreements and the resulting initiatives, which led to the development of many new strategic and economic relationships.

Ciulla spent the first 12 years of his career atDun and Bradstreet where he held various sales management roles and was responsible for marketing D&B’s business credit, vendor management and marketing products.
