Before checking the list, it’s important to note that not every star's house nabbed a great sales price, with actors like Bruce Willis selling for $6 million less than his house was listed for.

Multi-talented Pharrell Williams cut the price on his Miami Beach penthouse back in February. The high-rise residence known as the “fishbowl”—thanks to its floor-to-ceiling glass—was slashed to $10.9 million early in 2014. But there isn’t a “happy” ending to this story—the listing was pulled in early November without a buyer. The music mogul may try to get in better tune with the market in 2015.
