One might not think being a real estate broker in St. Louis is the luckiest assignments, what with the national spotlight on the troubles in the suburb of Ferguson.

And yet Irish eyes are smiling one the Coldwell Banker-Premier Group in south St. Louis – in the past year and a half, three of its professionals have won the Missouri lottery – bringing in $1 million, $100,000 and $3.8 million.

Sales associate Jamie Bone won a $1 million, while her colleague Kimberly Delapp won $100,000, and Jenifer Elam won $3.8 million.

Delapp told local media the office’s winning streak comes from the “positive energy.”

“That’s how we sell homes,” Delapp told reporters.

“We go in with a good attitude and a good spirit and we get it done,” Delapp said.

Norm Polsky joked that other Coldwell Banker brokers want to transfer to his office.

But he was serious when he told media that his winners don’t plan on quitting.

“They're all good agents and, best of all, they all say they plan to keep working,” Polsky said.

(Do you think the one who “only” won $100,000 considers herself relatively unlucky?)

Here’s the video of the latest winner.
