BSI Financial Services appointed industry veteran Jordan Dorchuck as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, in addition to naming Jayne Martin (pictured below) as manager of corporate marketing.
Dorchuck brings over 30 years of experience, including positions at FirstKey Holdings and Homeward.
"Jordan has the knowledge and experience to help us achieve our growth trajectory as we expand our base of operations and meet head-on the challenges of an evolving regulatory market," said Gagan Sharma, BSI Financial president and CEO.
"Jordan adds substantial depth to an already seasoned management team," he added.
Meanwhile, Martin joins, bringing over 15 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand and project management.
In her new role, Martin will be responsible for marketing BSI Financial’s growing portfolio of services, including loan servicing and subservicing, quality control and due diligence and emerging services.
