Darcy Patch has joined RealtyTrac as vice president of marketing and operations for the RealtyTrac Network, the company’s broker network. Patch brings more than 20 years of marketing and industry experience to RealtyTrac.

In this role, Patch will oversee the daily operations of the network and work to enhance the network’s services to its current members. She will also work to establish a strategic marketing plan to target prospective brokerages for network membership.

“Darcy’s extensive experience in both real estate and data and analytics make her an invaluable addition to RealtyTrac and the RealtyTrac Network team,” said Jamie Moyle, RealtyTrac CEO.  “Her strategic marketing and communications expertise and established industry relationships will ensure the RealtyTrac Network’s continued growth, while supporting strong working relationships with our broker partners.”

Patch most recently served as director of marketing strategy at ServiceLink, a national provider of service and technology solutions for the mortgage industry.  There, Patch implemented strategic product, marketing and communications programs for the company and its divisions.

Prior to her work at ServiceLink she was senior vice president of marketing at Lender Processing Services for the real estate and mortgage information services divisions, playing a key role on the corporate marketing and communications team.

Patch held multiple executive marketing positions at LPS and its predecessor companies during her 11-year tenure with the organization.  She also previously worked as vice president of sales and marketing at Cigna Flood Services, a national provider of flood hazard compliance and lender-placed insurance services.

“I have been a RealtyTrac fan for many years and, when the opportunity arose to join the company’s leadership team, I jumped at it,” Patch said. “Not only does RealtyTrac have amazing data resources, our leadership team is incredibly intelligent, enthusiastic and refreshingly entrepreneurial. I’m looking forward to leveraging our expansive resources and media reach to help real estate brokerages and their agents extend their brands, enhance their market positions and grow their businesses.”
