Mortgage rates held their ground, barely increasing, according to Freddie Mac’s latest Primary Mortgage Market Survey. Freddie Mac Chief Economist Sam Khater said mortgage rates have stabilized as interest rate sensitive sectors have softened the outlook for the economy.
