Guaranteed Rate is a residential mortgage lender offering both conventional and agency-sponsored mortgage financing products. As of 2022, Guaranteed Rate was the 12th largest mortgage lender in the United States by dollar volume and 13th largest by unit volume, according to Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data from 2022.

Originally founded in 2000, Guaranteed Rate is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
