Genworth Financial announced today it’s expanding its wholesale Reverse Mortgage division in response to more than 1,300 new lenders entering the reverse mortgage market in 2008. Genworth Financial Home Equity Access, has hired additional staff and realigned senior management to better serve the needs of its rapidly growing wholesale customer base.
As part of Genworth’s expansion, a new Inside Sales division has been established to focus on building relationships nationwide with new brokers. The inside sales division is led by Bob Marseilles, National Wholesale Sales Manger, who brings four years of experience from IndyMac Bank and Financial Freedom.
Genworth also recently added four regional account managers to strengthen its wholesale business on the East Cost. These new Regional Account Managers include; Barbara Chearney (MD, VA, DC), Gina Monopoli (NJ, Southern PA), Kirk O’Connor (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT), and Tim Frederick (AL, Eastern FL, GA).
