West Palm Beach, Fla.-based broker Responsible Reverse Mortgage Inc. continues to strengthen its management team with the recent appointment of Nancy Armour as its new Eastern Regional Manager.
Effective immediately, Armour in her new role will grow and manage a team of reverse mortgage originators from Georgia up through Maine as the company gains further license approvals. A reverse mortgage veteran of 20 years, Armour has held various management positions in servicing and operations.
“The customer service model used for leads at RRM is refreshing and unique,” Armour said in a written statement. “The solid customer foundation it creates for originators is very difference from what has been the norm in our industry.”
The appointment of Armour follows the September addition of reverse mortgage industry veteran Nancy Pedone as VP of National Sales. Commenting on the new appointment of Armour to the Responsible Reverse Mortgage team, Pedone expressed elation to be working with Armour, as the two have “run parallel to each other for quite a few years and are likeminded.”
