As we hang our stockings by the chimney with care, with visions of sugarplums dancing in our heads, the National Association of Realtors President Gary Thomas took some time to sit down and wish us all a happy holiday season.
Thomas reminds Realtors out there that they have even more reason to celebrate as the market continues to build stronger fundamentals and the economy is showing steady expansion. With home sales up more than 10% this year and median home sale prices rising about 5%, what’s not to be thankful for?
For those of you in the commercial real estate industry, Thomas points out that the multifamily commercial market is seeing a near complete recovery and the overall commercial market is continuing to build momentum. I’ll cheers to that.
But aside from all of the positive signs in the real estate market, can’t we all just sit back and be thankful that Australia has already seen Dec. 21 and is living to tell us about it?
