Wow, we can’t believe it’s nearly been a year since HousingWire, America's greatest source for mortgage finance news, crowned its first HW Vanguard Award winners.
The HW Vanguard Awards are reserved for the true “leaders of the year” in the housing industry, whether they operate real estate, lending, servicing, investing or any other corner of the housing industry.
In short, the HW Vanguard Awards program recognizes C-level industry professionals and business unit leaders who are leaders in their respective fields within housing and mortgage finance — those who moving markets forward, each and every day.
Last year was our first time honoring the elite of the elite in housing, and choosing the award winners was an incredibly tough task.
I mean, just look at the list of winners from last year. These folks made it very difficult on us when it came time to pick the winners.
They came from diverse backgrounds, and lead established companies, start-ups, and everything in between, but they all share one common trait: an unmistakable impact on the industry at-large.
And now, it’s time to crown the HW Vanguard Award winners for 2016.
