MountainView Servicing Group announced the sale of a $1.66 billion Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae non-recourse servicing portfolio that is available to the national market.

The portfolio is 99% fixed-rate mortgages and 100% first-lien product.

It also features a weighted average original FICO of 759 and weighted average original LTV of 60%.

The portfolio includes a weighted average interest rate of 3.61%, low delinquencies and average loan size of $320,416.   

Additionally, top states in the portfolio are: California (87.7%), Texas (1.6%), Washington (1.3%) and Colorado (1.0%),

Written bids are due by Jan. 19 at 5 p.m. Eastern.
